BaZi, Four Pillars, Five Elements, Ten Gods, Hidden Stems, interactions, and Luck Pillars are traditional concepts. MingWeave provides them for cultural education, personal curiosity, and self-reflection. Their use does not establish scientific predictive validity.

Calculation scope

The engine aims to reproduce the rules documented in the current Methodology. A deterministic result can still differ from another product because of time-zone data, location precision, solar-term sources, day-boundary conventions, True Solar Time, direction rules, or version changes. Warnings and partial results are part of the answer.
