These terms apply to the MingWeave website, free calculator, generated on-device outputs, and learning library.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using MingWeave, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding agreement in your location. If you use another person’s birth details, you are responsible for having appropriate permission.

2. Permitted use

You may use the calculator and educational content for personal, non-commercial cultural exploration and self-reflection. You may save or share the privacy-minimized chart export, subject to the rights and privacy of people represented by the input.

3. Prohibited use

Do not use MingWeave to make or automate high-stakes decisions about health, treatment, credit, insurance, employment, housing, education, legal rights, safety, or another person’s opportunities. Do not disrupt the service, probe it unlawfully, evade access controls, misrepresent outputs as scientific findings, or use content in a way that infringes rights.

4. No account or paid service in P0

The current product requires no account and offers no payment, subscription, saved-chart, personalized reading, or professional-advice service. Labels for future products are informational and do not create an order or entitlement.

5. Intellectual property

MingWeave’s original interface, writing, explanatory diagrams, trademarks, and code presentation are protected by applicable law. Traditional concepts, public standards, and cited source material remain subject to their respective status and owners. These Terms do not transfer MingWeave branding or source-code rights.

6. Availability and changes

We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue the free service. Calculation-rule changes are intended to be versioned and tested, but no uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility is promised. Keep a sanitized export if you need a personal record.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MingWeave does not guarantee interpretive accuracy, outcomes, or fitness for a high-stakes purpose. Review the full Disclaimer and the published calculation methodology. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the product changes. The effective date will identify the current version. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
